He has a point, Surfer has had horrible showings on h2h speeds and actual in combat reaction speeds.
In fact, against top tier heroes of his same calibur, he doesnt have any real good showings that he has good h2h, in combat speeds.
However their are many scans showing surfer has sub par to horrible reaction speeds in combat.
The only true good speed feats surfer has, are travel, and navigation speed feats, not combat.

This is why we should go by on panel evidence cause speculation knows no bounds.

Compared to whom? He did fine against WWHulk and The green scars, abomination, Thanos, Thor, etc.. etc..

Well they just posted some, their is a whole plethora of scans of surfers horrible reaction speeds in combat, all the way from decades ago, till now as recent as post annihilation, as im sure you have read the fantastic four fiasco involving surfer in combat?
