Sentry wasn't attacking the buildings, he was attacking the Hulk. As far as collateral damage, more collateral damage was done than SupermanPrime's fight with Ion, so does that mean SMP is weak too?

Sentry is a hero, not a villain, and he was not attacking the planet. If either Sentry or Hulk had went full on attacking the planet, Earth would have been nothing but space dust. Superpowers in comics fight all the time without destroying the planet. When Molecule Man attacked Beyonder with enough force to frag several hundred million dimensions it didn't even wipe out the apartment complex.
Just because Sentry cut loose all the way doesn't mean that the Earth should have been wiped out. That is a fallacy and has been debunked numerous times. Sentry cut loose of his full powers towards the Hulk, all that means is that he let go of his usual restrictions. It's the same thing as Superman normally holding back, and then letting loose on Black Adam. Superman can crack a moon in half easily, yet he punches Black Adam full force and only causes a small piece of the street to be damaged.
For the record just because someone fights the Hulk and loses doesn't depower them. Hulk has a long track record of beating guys in capes who can fly super fast and attack in superspeed (otherwise known as Superman ripoffs).
Anyways to the thread: Sentry takes a full win here. His mind powers were enough to mind-rape all of Marvel Earth, his energy and out of phase powers will negate MM's phase changing powers, and he has enough force and strength to deal with MM on the physical level.
