It's your choice. I don't like piercings...so I'm not the person that's going to talk you out of it. If you keep your nose piercing small, it can actually be attractive, imo.

But, yeah, I'd lose the tongue piercing if you don't like it...

It heals naturally actually. At least I assume it does if it is like an ear.
