You have no idea what u r talking about. So what if he has no exploitable weakness? SS never needed and exploitbale weakness to defeat superman in the first place. SS is more durable than BA, more versatile and has a higher power output. The same goes for all the characters Orion lightray and Jordan.

Simple, because his OWAW tie-in issue, Green Lantern: Our Worlds at War, occurs before the events in Superman #173 (where Kyle contains Imperiex's energy). In the GL: OWAW tie-in issue, Kyle is seen on-panel to be wondering why he is becoming more powerful:

Really ur way viewing fights is so limited is unbelievable. U dont see Ss competing with BA in h2h? Who said he has 2? SS has more than enough blast power to suffice. SS also has better durability and has powerful shields to boot. His exotic powers are also top notch in Marvel whether u like it or not.

Frankly i expect no better from u. I back silver surfer against characters i think he can defeat whther it be Dc or MArve and i give reasons for my claims. No you're complelty right, since there is a huge laundry list worth of h2h feats of SS proving he can easily escape a armbar from a elite level MA. I also forgot the mini-series displaying SS knowledge of universal level MA skill and impressive combat speed 😎
