RJ was a decent guy, but his trolling became increasingly more vile. Dude just refused to relent and his attitude at times were very immature. I hated to see him descend to such a state since, at one time, he and I were actual friends. Then he began to try to "put me in his pocket" and use my mod power to his advantage. He would literally send me text messages asking me to intervene to his favor and such. The final straw was when he stalked my FB account when he got his first temp ban DEMANDING I do something to overturn it.
I'm not talking shit about the man, either. It is what it is, though.
I don't know where else to talk about this...
But I was reading about Ellison's lawsuit with Cameron over terminator. Dude, Harlan Ellison is a complete gent. He didn't want to sue Cameron but his lawyers pushed him to. This is what Ellison said about winning the lawsuit:
"If Cameron had called me and said, 'I know your story, but I've got a different idea--do you mind if I do a variation on it?' I would have said, 'Go ahead, man, knock yourself out and have a good time.' All I would have asked for was a 'Thank you, Harlan Ellison' on the credit line next to the guy who brought the doughnuts and it wouldn't have cost him a penny."
What a champ.
Sure, Ellison got $400,000 out of the suit, but I don't think he wanted the money based on his words. He talked about not wanting to sue and then Starlog magazine had some interview material that showed Cameron clearly ripped his idea off of the Outer-Limits episodes.
Anyway, cool little story. These days, the only thing you hear about his the hate to Ellison for being a b*tch by trying to take money from someone that had finally seen success. That's not the story. He was/is a good guy who didn't even want to sue to begin with.

Harlan Ellison is a pretty notorious douchebag, from what I have heard, actually.Sort of a condescending jackass apparently.
Well, that's what I initially had heard from other Termanator fans until I started reading the events, history, and stories about the suing thing. He seemed amicable. In fact, he seemed pushed by his lawyers to make a move when he didn't want to.
