The real version of that man would be much more masculine.
Shaving off some bone from your eyebrow ridges and jawbone, breaking your jaw and making it more narrow, getting breast implants, and taking estrogen, still will not make you a woman. You'll still have a cock and balls and significantly more androgen receptors and androgens in your body that still make you a man.
This is is why I feel sorry for transsexual male-to-female people: the medical science is still not good enough to make a person a different sex. It is going to take a mature gene-therapy protocol to change someone. So, currently, what we get is an amalgamation of a male and a female rather than just a female or a male.
I would say it is easier to do the female to male transition than it is the male to female.
Lady Boys, however, are not transexuals. They are still male gendered, most of them. I don't know why I got on this tangent...
Regardless, my religious beliefs make me think that people really are born the wrong gender. I honestly think people have a gender identity in their soul that existed before they were born.
