No way is that gonna happen for Xmen or spidey, might happen with fantastic four.
Xmen and spidey, as franchises, are way too valuable to be sold off. Fox and Sony are gonna milk all the profit they can before selling the franchises.

FF perhaps but not X-Men and Spiderman.. Box Fox and Sony are creating their own universes with those franchises .. and if successful there is way too much money to be made
