Let's please clarify where exactly fights take place, and when they start. If a fight takes place at Hogwarts, then it doesn't make much sense for one combatant to start outside of Hogwarts. I don't want to start that particular discussion back up, so let's talk generally.

Is it fair to say that both combatants start in the arena specified?
