Raz is the only person who can unban someone, and Raz has been MIA for almost two years now. He came back for not even one day to promote Badabing and myself to global mod status and then disappeared again.

I was never permabanned or even temp banned; I simply lost all access to the account three plus years ago because my harddrive shit the bed and the yahoo email I registered with was disabled for gross inactivity. Given that I set it up in my teens, I botched the security questions. At first, I was on Sabbatical so it didn't matter. But then I invariably came back and after giving up on the old account, created a new one. Hardly damning behavior, but I didn't advertise it because I didn't know if the mods would smite me for e-heresy.

I don't think I used the handle for long and rarely left SWVF. I used to argue with Bardock, but that was a long time ago. Now, he accepts that I am right.

The Spleen had been reported several times by different people. The Spleen account matched the Rogue Jedi account and Fat Rambo account. Rogue Jedi had several chances to stop trolling and flaming before his ban. I left a note in the mod section that I was going to ban The Spleen asking if other mods wanted to handle things differently. I received no replies.

We ban socks because breaking the rules over and over has consequences. The fact that Fat Rambo and The Spleen accounts did everything but openly admit (that I saw) of socking means a ban. I can't speak for all mods, but I get no joy from banning people.

I'd much rather spend my KMC time posting dur smilies or making new titles for myself such as: Raptor Bada, Raptalian Stallion, LiZod, Jurassic Gigolo, LiZord, LizodFather, Lizodilla.

Time Immemorial, it would be best that you not do too much to draw attention to yourself. I've already had complaints from another mod regarding your behavior.

Bada, I'm not mad at you at all for banning Spleen. Truth be told, though, I wanted him around just for the traffic that was produced. I know that it isn't very mod like to allow a sock to stay, but that's just me, I guess.
