It's easy to check and see when a person made a report, for a mod at least. I search the threads a person made and any reports come up as a thread. I checked back to June 2011 and Quan hasn't made 1 report in the past 3 years.
I also checked my PMs and don't have one from Quan in the past 6 months. Some need to realize that people will peruse different forums from time to time. And it's not difficult to spot a sock whose name is AntiQuan. Or to follow up on socks.
I also think it would be a good idea to check Quan's profile to see who gave him his most recent temp ban.

To be fair, that quote had quan stating that he was going to contact a mod(seeing as they are the only ones that can edit someone else's post), So Rob had a very good reason to believe that quan reported AQ; he can hardly be blamed that quan turned out to be a liar.
