Also, the symbolism of the Lannister twins banging each other is not lost on me. It symbolizes both of their vanity and narcissism because it is practically having sex with themselves. This is why, as Jaime loses all confidence and starts to become a better person, stops his relationship with Cersei. He's just...not as narcissistic anymore.
