I agree with you that it is very uncharacteristic of Quan, I don't think it's likely he did it. But the mod theory seems also far fetched, I mean, which mod? I guess there's three possibilities; Badabing, Impediment or Backfire. Which one do you think it was?

Honestly, it does not seem like something Badabing would say. Bada does make funny comments similar to that but nothing even remotely close to that extreme.
Both Backfire and Impediment would definitely say something like that. 🙂

Neither of those is actually proof, the first is an unsupported claim and the second is speculation.
Here's my theories in order:
1. Someone got access to quanchi's account
2. Quanchi posted it himself, either by accidently meaning to say something else or making a joke that didn't work out, or making a joke that is working out in that it is us talking about it and that's enough (dadudemon joke)
3. A mod edited it
4. He said it genuinely and posted it, either by accident or on purpose
