Blaster bolts don't take seconds to strike. They move about as fast as bullets, if not moreso. You say Han got shots off before Vader moved. That means he has at the very least bullet timing speed and reactions. That is much faster than anything we've ever seen from Khan.

You made the claim, you have to prove it is so. You claimed Khan had 100% perfect accuracy, so the burden is on you.

It changed when the series changed. Retcons. When arguing Into Darkness one can never say this doesn't count or that doesn't count in characters from that film.

It's called a retcon and the film is canon. There's no denying the new timeline is canon. Just look it up.

I proved it was true as we don't ever see him misfiring and missing a target on screen.

You failed to understand my meaning. The new timeline was diverged from the prime timeline at a specific point. The Eugenics Wars occurred BEFORE the split. It's not a retcon, it's just bad writing.
