That actually looks really good, I like your use of food, you don't let anything go to waste. Having it spread on toast was also a good idea, great job. I like how you're also having cheese with it, I don't see that around here.

My first attempt at making American pancakes Yayz! dancingoh and they were yum 😛
Those pancakes look amazing, so delicious. We're used to the round ones here, so anything that doesn't look like that, looks weird, but that looks scrumptious, I love it.

It looked pretty good, one of those foods that I'm actually not sure how it would taste, I have to try some one day.
They look fine, they came out with good texture, they seem very soft.

Holy crap, I have to try this. I love raspberry, it looks delicious. It sorta reminds me of flan, but it has a smoother texture, nice.

Chutney Cheese-Bread
Ingredients:
250g grated cheese
Chutney:
2 peaches, peeled and diced
3 plums, halved and diced
1 yellow onion, chopped small
3/4 cups Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/8 cup ginger, fresh, finely chopped (peeled)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small hot red pepper
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon whole cloves
Dough:
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. very warm water (120-130 degrees)
2 c. flour plus more for kneading
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
The Chutney: Peel peaches, dice fine. Slice plums and onions very small. Wrap cloves in cheesecloth satchel. Combine all ingredients (including cloves) in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Lower heat, allow to simmer about 1 hour, until the consistency of a loose jelly.
The Dough: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Soak yeast in water for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt and sugar and mix to blend. Knead for 2-3 minutes until flour is well blended – you will probably need to add at least one more cup flour as you knead. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Assembly: Roll dough to fit a 12 inch flat pan. Cover with a layer of chutney. Sprinkle cheese over top of chutney. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.

Gross. Seriously, gross. One can assume that if it has the world "Chutney" in it, it is usually gross. All of your talent...wasted on Chutney. 😘

Chutney: a sauce or relish of East Indian origin, often compounded of both sweet and sour ingredients, as fruits and herbs, with spices and other seasoning.
It's not that bad. 😉
