That's great, I'll look forward to them.
Great stuff Trinity.
The cajun chicken looks just the way I like it, awesome job.
Coconut lime ice cream is one of my faves, I usually make it with homemade caramel, I like the texture on it.
I really hate eggs, but that dish looks really good, the bacon looks scrumptious and the beans on toast is a rather neat idea. That guy looks ready to dig in, haha.
The steamed veggies and kangaroo patties look great. We're not allowed to sell kangaroo meat here in the states, so I haven't had much exposure to it. I think I tasted it once long ago, and I don't remember, what's it taste like?
The lumpong looks delicious, good job on it. Love the use of Oyster sauce. Looks nice served and everything, awesome.

Kangaroo meat can taste different depending on how well its cooked, I usually go for medium rare with anything kangaroo meat that I cook because if it's too gamey it just ruins the whole meal!
Will start putting more of my cooking on here... that way we dont have to rely on kaya constantly hehe

Cool, I have to find a way to get some.
Yeah, Kaya loves cooking, and she's a great chef. I like to think I'm a good cook myself, since all of my dishes are very well enjoyed, but I hate cooking, I really do...
But I may contribute a few recipes I've been asked to do.

Great job on the longanisa, the rice has a very nice color. Do you add any kind of sauce or toppings do you add to it if any?the pasta bake looks really delicious, good job on it!

thanks 🙂
No I usually eat the longanisa with plain rice, there's several kinds of longanisa but my favourite is the sweet pork kind, when cooked right they're tender, juicy and the skin becomes a sweet encasing

Sounds good. Plain white rice is good too. I usually use a little soy sauce, or sprinkle some basil and eat it with chopsticks. Very good eatin'.

That's okay though, cuz sometimes people make white rice that has a very good taste that I don't want it spoiled by any topping or sauce.
