Zack and Miri Make a Porno
New film by the great Kevin Smith due out in October (i think).
I have been very exited about this movie coming out.
And i saw nowhere else on here to talk about it so...
From what i know about it of course Kevin Smith is the writer & director.
The cast is Seth Rogen, Elizabeth Banks, Jason Mewes, & Traci Lords.
And the plot is well think about it...
So what are some thoughts & opinions about the film?
This is the second movie by Smith to be out of the "View Askew-niverse". And, yes, he fought hard with the MPAA to get an "R" rating. That just means that the unrated DVD will by that much juicier.
It looks like it'll be fun.
Say what you people will, but I enjoyed "Jersey Girl". Kevin Smith doesn't need Jay & Silent Bob to make money.

Actually, the unrated DVD won't have too much more, Smith was able to appeal the NC-17 Rating to an R Rating without having to make any more cuts.
Yeah, i've been looking forward to this movie since it was announced. I also got to see the crew filming at Monroeville Mall a few months back. Monroeville Mall is ten minutes from my apartment so i thought it take a ride over during that day. I was surprised to see how many people actually showed up.
I just hope the three minute teaser trailer isn't an indication of the type of humor involved in the movie. The trailer was awfully boring. Can't wait for the movie to release though.

In this story Zack and Miri are lifelong childhood ‘buddies’ who find themselves deep in debt and can’t pay their rent. To make extra cash they decide to make a porno movie to sell on the internet. The problem is... they are in love.
Zack And Miri Make A Porno is written and directed (and edited by) Kevin Smith and stars mostly Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks, but it also features Jason Mewes, Craig Robinson, Traci Lords, and also Kenny Holtz from Kenny vs Spenny.
This is a ridiculous idea. Would you make a porno for extra cash? You would have to be VERy confident of your abilities.
