ds didnt know he was fighting atom. it wasnt prep. Atom wasnt in the jla at the time, iirc. doctor light hired deathstroke knowing he was being hunted. he had no idea WHO was hunting him.
unless deathstroke had prep for every single superhero in DC.

Are Batgirl and Batman > Cap so why one earth would I think DS beats Cap based on the scans. He maybe have been able to beat the JLA with prep but that doesnt stop him from having trouble with individual skilled street leverls, who are are weaker opponents than Captain America

What did I say was fact? Wether I dont have any basis is a matter of opinion you stated that DS being better than Cap in certain aspects was common knowledge ie fact as well.

Of course its my opinion but since Busiek stated that Batman thought that Cap was more skilled that doesnt exactly hurt my case. The fact that in another crossover batman stated that cap seemed to have an edge doesnt hurt my case either. The fact that Brubaker has said that Cap is superior to Batman doesnt hurt either. Of course its my opinion and its a valid one it does not warrant a sarcastic smiley.

They are Slade's record against his foes. Nothing wrong with mentioning them since thats how Slade stacks against Batman, Batgirl, Nightwing, Bronze Tiger etc etc. Because those are fight feats.

Slade doing well on the JLA has to do with Prep and Pis. Cap has feats on those grounds as well that match nicely or are par.

yeah thats the problem.. everything you said is similar to slade but the advantage comes in when he starts using his guns or staff. grenades the sword cap can handle...
but the problem comes when he gets distracted by the grenades and ends up taking a slice or shot to the head..
if slade didnt have grenades or the staff cap would clean his clock 7/10

Yeah but hasnt DS used grenades on Batgirl and didnt he use his staff on Batman.....
Also how do we even know hes going to use it?
