I don't really want to go over Devil King's ban that much more, because he was banned under very different circumstances. However, if you look at the previous bans for bashing, I'm fairly sure that would warrant one.
So I'll ask the moderator team once more, what is the policy? Because I've read the rules and there's not a list of names that are exempt from them.

How do you know about reprimands or anything like that? Not everything is done publicly in threads.

But really, one bypass is not ban-worthy. I usually just edit them out and slap wrists. It is when they continuously do it, especially after we tell them not to, that things get ugly.

I think I have found a pretty decent arrangement for myself in order not to get banned anymore or permanently. I'll just try to avoid arguments with Mods as well as possible (is hard sometimes) and try not to post anything too extreme unprovoked and instead of moaning and bitching about stuff on KMC I do my bitching off KMC or in private now... I found out it doesn't change shit, so why bother. I guess the heated debate can still come against that plan, but I assume even if I get banned I have one or two tries left and get more cautious then... so I should be alright. Besides, if I should get permabanned I'll just sock anyways 😐

Anyway, I wouldn't have an issue with the hypocrisy if WD hadn't denied it's existence so much. The fact is, the mods have the people they like and the people they don't, it will remain that way, unfortunately. Rex, you're a good mod, the kind that's like...good and that. Firstly, you're pretty approachable, have a good fluid posting style etc.
It's pretty common knowledge that me and one mod do not get on at all, it's pretty much that mod's attitude that's turned me into such a petty little shit.
