Story: After the Death of Jeffrey by the hands of Shadow in the Future, Rogue came to the past. He decided to off Shadow in the past so that Jeffrey wouldn't die in the Future. He found the blue prints for a time band like Blayze had built since he came from farther in the future. He then built one but realized it could only be used 6 times. So he would have to beat Shadow on his first try.

why do you want him to have the copying others power ability anyway?

come on you go 6-7 powers that don't even stay in the same field.your jumping from one section to another.I could see if it was like Telepath,Telekenisis,Empathy,Precrog.

i personally think no, cuase then he'll want to keep adding powers

i guess you could stop playing as someone and make a character with it, but that'd be kinda pointless
