HERO HIGH 2 - The Mystery

She looked into his eyes, studying his expression and trying to figure out if she should tell him what she saw. She sighed and smiled sweetly, shaking her head and never breaking eye contact. "No... I saw nothing."

Skiv still looked at her and reached his hand andnd turned her face back towards his.

"You an tell me Harkin, you can tell me anything" his voice was soft and sincere

Harkin laughed and pulled her chin out of his hand. "You wouldnt believe me. It's ok love... I dare not pursue this any further."

Skiv smiled and leaned forward softly pressing his lips against hers. He then sligtly pulled back but still having his face a few inches from hers.

"No, you must tell me i need to know what you saw"

Harkin shivered and brushed her lips against his after he pulled back. "God you know me too well... That kiss of yours is poison." She sighed and looked up at him. "I think I saw the man who killed my people."

Skiv's smile fading as she sais that, he pulled his head farther back, and his eyes became more intense

"Who did it, who caused you this pain" his voice was stern and strong

She bit her lip and her eyes saddened. She closed her eyes and turned her face away, pulling her knees up under her chin. She drew in a heavy sigh and spoke softly, almost inaudible. "You're master."

Skiv satred at her for a moment then quickly stood up and walked to the window staring out of it.

"Are you sure it was him" his voice seemed restrained and he had didn't even look back towards her as he spoke.

She winced at his words. "I saw his eyes... He was looking right at me... I could hear his thoughts... It was him Skiv... I have no doubt."

He still stood at the window as his eyes began to glow with magical energy.

"He had to have a reason , he wouold never do something that drastic without cause" his voice had slight anger in it, he was almost to the point of yelling

She flinched and opened her eyes, quietly looking up at him from where she sat. "I'm sorry... I didnt want to tell you.. I didnt want to find out... I hoped I wouldnt... I'm sorry Skiv."

Skiv slowly turnedhis head towards her and he held a look of sorrow on his face

"I really hope you don't plan on trying to confront him"

"Ok but just to let you know he's not gonna like it" Tsecti then leaped back onto the roof of the school where Larkin was waiting.

Tsecti: "Stuik ilu nom tun"

Larkin: "Tyu hyrik wen tun. Juio pil diu lau" Larkin then let out a a loud screeching noise that was at an ear splitting frequency. Tsecti quickly placed his hands to the side of his head as he fell to his knees. He then quickly opened his mouth and shot a large beam of energy out at Larkin. Larkin quickly evaded it by flying a half circle around it and stoped screeching, he then glanced down and saw them looking like they are preparing for something. He then swoop down towards andy with the talons on his feet aimed right for his shoulders.

"You know I could sniff him out if we are that much in a hurry." Kat smiled at the thought of using her powers to track down an human. "So can Andy really handle holding off a fight by himself?" After finishing her thought, her ears began to slightly twitch at the sound of the screech. "Well that's to late. I think they have already started."

He then gave her a kiss with so much passion, it made him fell like he thought he was going to die. When he pulled away, he looked into her eyes and said, "I need you find Lance. We don't have time to find him the regular way."

Tsecti looked down and shrugged

"I have no idea all he said was that he'll have to force you all to leave then, guess hes going after you first."

Larkin's talons struck the ground hard as Andy teleported away, he then began flying towards Andy again this time twirling his spear above his head. As the spear twirled a circle of flames surronded Andy and began to arch down to his position.

"We'll finish this later.lover boy. As of now lets get going."kat took in an deep snife as her eyes shifted.All she could think about was Ben's kiss.Moving quickly she pinned him on the wall and began to kiss him.*Kat focus.You got work to do.*As she pulled back she looked down an long path."that way."she yelled as she ran toward the scent

Tsecti saw Kat and Ben kiss and then head towards the direction of Lance. Tsecti quickly teleported and appeared behind Kat as she moved forward, he reached his tail out and wrapped it around Kat's waist pulling her back in front of him.

"Now now, lets see what you all can do without Lances help for a change" Tsecti smiled menacingly

Kat grabbed Tsecti's throat lifted him high off the ground."I wouldn't do that if I were you."An cruler ,darker side came out."That is unless you want me to rip you limb from limb"

Tsecti just stared at her, and with his hand grabbed her wrist tightly with his steel crushing grip

"Now now girl, i'm not attacking you but i do want you to solve your problem with out Lance for a change"

"Then get your tail from around me.I've had more the eoungh men grabbing me there when not wanted."she gentely put him back to the earth."It is not your call to see how any of us fair with or without your leader.Unless your planning on studing on how to beat each of us"

Tsecti shook his head as he lossened his tails grip and let her go

"I don't need to study to deafeat any of you, i'm capable of it currently, maybe not all at once but i can easily take the team thats present. But thats beside sthe point, I want to make sure you can hold your own before i offer my assistance."
