HERO HIGH 2 - The Mystery

Skiv shrugged

"I don't know, i've never been good at making these kind of decesions. But i think you are right about the temple, so currently i think we stay at the school and use it as the refuge place."

Harkin nodded and smiled sweetly. "Sounds good to me. And I'm sure you'll get better at deciding. But I'll do some of it as well to help you out a bit ok?" She took his hand and started off for the school.

Skiv followed her back to the school, he was slightly nervous ssing as he had been skipping class for days now. But he just said went with her anyway; in his head thinking of what the teachers will say

Derek reappeared in his lab. He had done it, destroyed Tetsci from this earth. But his aura did not vanish as he had expected. He couls still feel his presence as the very last breath was drawn from his body.

''Skiv...''

He knew what had happened, in what situation he had now placed his past friend.

''A danger more terrible than Tetsci as now awaken... will you have enough strenght to fight it, Skiv?''

Derek was tired, his battle was exhausting. As he laid down in meditation, he was however surprised by how things went. He had grown much in the past days. To a level he thought could not be reached. And more, he felt that his potential was sllowing him to gain even more power.

Closing his eyes, he thought of what could come, of what Tetsci's death meant to Hero High.

Vixen quietly whispered into Derek's ear. “Derek... Why do you continue to fight?.. I’m scared for you.. I’m afraid that one day you will face someone far stronger then you.. I lost you once, and I dont want to loose you again.. Please I only ask that you be careful.. I dont want you to get hurt.” She frowned and kissed his cheek softly, before stepping back and leaving him alone to meditate.

Harkin smiled and kissed Skiv’s hand. “It will be ok. I havent been in class for some time. They will give me a talking to as well. I’m suppose to be teaching right now.” She laughed softly and gave his hand a squeeze. “It will be ok.”

Derek smiled at the touch of Vixen's kiss. It had been awhile, and her presence was conforting.

''Do not worry my love, nothing can harm me, for I embrace death as much as life, and wherever my path shall lead me I shall not object... but I do not feel it s my time. I have yet to discover all there is in my people's blood, and my gifted abilities. I have come a long way, and do not yet deny my future here''.

A smile fainted and a serious expression appeared.

''I cannot let Skiv in this state''.

She frowned and sat down behind him, wrapping her arms around him and resting her chin on his shoulder. She whispered into his ear. "Then what are you going to do?"

Derek did not answer right away. He did not know. Then it came clear.

''Skiv is a danger to himself. And others. Tetsci's objectives when he transfered his powers emain unknown to me. I will have to handle it with care''.

"i think you'll need help derek, it will be a tough fight" james told derek appeareing from the closest water soucre ~yeah i'm jumping back in deal with it

Skiv smiled and continued walking

"I know it will be ok, it's just gonna be really annoying hearing them complain."

Harkin smiled and glanced back at him. "Just pretend like they're begging for you not to kill them. It always works for me... Besides what they say isnt important."

Skiv started laughing at harkins statement

"I could do that i guess, and yea they arn't important. Only thins that are now are you, the child. and not getting killed by Maku" he scratched his ehad as he said the last part and smiled

Harkin frowned and shook her head. "Ick... That Maku guy gives me chills."

Skiv nodded

"Yea and he used to be just a quite kid" he shrugged

"O how people change"

Harkin smirked and glanced at him. "You're one to talk kid." She laughed softly and blew him a kiss.

Skiv raised and eyebrow and smiled slightly

"Whats that supposed to mean?" he raised his hand and a small jolt of electricty flew out and hit her on the foot.

She giggled and stopped walking, pushing him back away from her gently. "Oh nothing... I'm not saying your childish or anything." Of course she was only kidding with him.

Skiv fluanting his powers while playing raised his hand up as it began to glow and levitated her up in the air a few feet.

"What do you expect, my childish ways mask my dark life"

Harkin laughed and waved her hand, canceling the levitation and gracefully landing on her feet as gravity took over once again. "Yes, yes. Because you're life is now so dark and depressing." She smiled up at him lovingly. "Shall we get it over with then and face the bitching of a lifetime?... Come on hun.. They'll be wondering where we are. The longer we play the worse off we'll be once they find us."

Skiv sighed and looked down

"Lead the way, i'm ready for it" he said as he lazily walked behind her
