HERO HIGH 2 - The Mystery

Ben was in his room waiting for a student who had the power to communicate through dimensions so he could get in contact with his friend, Simon Raynard. They hadn't spoken in a few months due to Simon having to reorganize the Shadow Lands after an uprising occurred to usurp his throne. Ben was going to ask him for his help after Janet said that the Heroes were going to have to be split up into three separate teams, But before the student made his way to Ben's quarters, Jordan came to the room.

After he told Ben about Kat and Herakal's fight, he used a transport spell and arrived on the scene only to hear Kat say something about her and Herakal's children? He was way too stunned to move or else he would have taken care of the dog-man himself.

When Herakal let Kat go, all Ben could do was stand there. he didn't know what to think. Had Kat and Herakal once been lovers? Were they to be married at one point in time? What if she had married the monster; would they still be together now?

All of those thoughts brought Benjamin to the conclusion that he didn't want to know. He wanted to be the one with Kat. He wanted to be the one to have children with her. He wanted to be her husband. He wanted to be her last love. And he had every intention on being just that.

He ran past Herakal, whom he gave a look of sheer disgust, and went to help Kat up. "Are you okay," he said as he held her while kissing her. "I know you can take care of yourself but I don't like it when you fight that mutt. He fights dirty."

Andy was standing with Blayze as ben entered the picture. "Okay. I know he's happy now but it always grosses me out when he and Kat kiss." The mech Herakal was in was in the background smoking after he, Blayze and Kat destroyed it from the inside out.

Kat held on to Ben tightly."Yeah... I'm fine. Nothing that can't heal."Kat looked into eyes."Then I won't fight him anymore." She knew what she had to do but it scared the living daylight out of her."Ben we need to talk alone"She looked back at Blyze and Andy.Once they where an few feet away kat pulled away from Ben."Listen the last thing I need right now is for another man in my live to crazy on because of me. Long ago when my parents where alive, they were close to an Yakat family. My dad and Herakal's dad worked together in the protection of the Yakat race and the earthly ferals. Both of our fathers were the most powerful on Yakat and Earth.Well as ferals anyway. The two planed to pair up the two most powerful offspring from each family to make the most power Yakat/ feral offspring and merge the two worlds. When it came time for me and the beast to wed I called it off for the way he treated others for both Yakat and Earth. Ever since that day he's been hunting me down like an animal. At one point I did love him but that life is over and done with. I love you and only you. This now means that you'll have to be careful. It's illegal in both feral and Yakat law to love anything that isn't full blooded Yakat or Half blooded Yakat also known as Feral's. You see I'm half of both races. Humanoid human and Yakat YaFeline.My point is not only would he be after me but also you"

Herakal just stood there for a moment and pressed the button on his temple as he was teleported back to the ship.

Janet looked over at Harkin."Did you say that there were some sort of barrier outside earth? If this is true we might have to wait an while but, I promise you that I will help you. You have my word on this matter"

Derek got tired of this.

''Listen, voice, I will not fight anyone unless needs be. Those are my final words''.

He knew that with the power he now had, a single battle could mean much more than anything else.

Tori sat in the war room looking at each heroes location."I wonder why is he alone."Tori leaned forward and pressed an button."Derek what are you doing all alone? It's not an safe time to be out and about"

"I'm not afraid of dog breath," Ben replied to Kat. "And besides, I ca protect the both of us. There's nothing that anybody- human, feral or Yakat- can do to separate us. I won't let them."

Andy walked over to them. "Okay, I know that this may very be one of those moments where you two gaze into each others eyes for 5 minutes, but I want to know what are we going to do about the government. Aren't they supposed to be sending some kind of army-type freaks to kill us or something?"

Derek walked slowly.

''Don't worry, Tori, I'm fine. I do not think that I am in great danger as of now. But where are you? Maybe we can meet?''

Kat smile at Ben's loving protective words.She felt so safe around him."I'm not sure Andy but we'd better get there fast."She looked back at Ben

Tori pressed on her comlink"I'm at the school. You really need to be here. An group of hurters will be here soo............"Her comlink feed cut as she rushed upstairs.

~Something happened with my internet.but ummm I'm start the S.W.A.T thing today since Thunder and Mad havn't been here~

"Well we better get a move on then," Andy said. "Now if everyone would make physical contact, please." As everyone grabbed hands, Andy teleported back to Hero High. He looked at Kat and Blayze and said, "We make a good team. I had no idea that you fought so well, Kat. And you're still the technical genius, Blayze. That fight was major awesomeness."

"I have to meet a student, guys. I'll see you two later," Ben said to Andy and Blayze. "Kat, when I see this student, he's going to tell a friend of mine to come here and I want you to meet him."

Kat looked back at Andy and Blyze."Thanks.Well we all do make an great team."She walked next to Ben to meet this his friend.She only hoped he was like Ben.

Blayze merley nodded..

Harkin closed her eyes and sighed softly. "Very well. Tell me how to do it atleast so I'm ready when the time comes."

"First well have to kill one of his queens and use her hair to keep the souls at bay.Then we'll have to fight the Lich to get into the throne room and lastly I'll use an part of the Phoenix to bring them back to life.Don't worry it'll grow back.Lastly I'll use the Raptor it's self to bring us to earth"Janet explained

Harkin raised a brow as she listened. "Oh my.. And you've done this before correct? Please note that I only want my baby to be brought back to life. The other two spirits I just would like to be set free. They are not to walk our land again."

"No not all of it.I've fought War himselfbut the other heroes did this to save me and Jordan from hell.That's just when we were teenagers.It will be an peice of cake now"

As Ben and Kat made there way to his the student who could communicate across dimensions was walking up as well. "I came here earlier, Mr. Wallace, but you weren't here."

"That's okay, Jeremy. I'd like you to meet Kat. She's a new addition to the team and left to go retrieve her because I want her to meet my friend. Now I need for you to find my friend, Simon, and tell him to come to Hero High."

"Alright," Jeremy said, as he closed his eyes. He continuously repeated Simon's name in his head as his subconscious left his mind and traveled to the Shadow Lands. He kept repeating the name as a shaft of light shot into the sky. Jeremy sailed to the light and landed right next to Simon Raynard who was speaking to a crowd of shadow creatures.

"Simon Raynard, I presume. I have a message from Mr. Wallace. He said that he needs your attendance at the school. I was told to tell you that it was imperative that you make your way there."

"Well it's about time that someone called for me at that school," Simon said.

"Well I'm sure that you know the way there," Jeremy said.

"Of course," Simon said. (haha) "I just have to finish up here and I'll be there as soon as possible."

Jeremy nodded and was on his way back to the school. As his subconscious left the Shadow Lands, he was forcefully repelled away from earth. "What the hell is going on," he asked himself.

Ben and Kat were still waiting for Jeremy and Simon to arrive when it hit Ben; neither one of the two were going to be able to enter earth because of his spell. Well that wasn't too thought through, he thought to himself. It was a good thing that most of his spell could be controlled as soon as they were casted. There was one flaw to this however; He didn't know when Jeremy or Simon was going to try to come back.

Harkin closed her eyes and took a deep breath to calm herself. "Very well... Who put up the barrier?"

Janet took an set in mid air floating."That my dear is an mystery to me also. This spell has not only blocked astral and all other forms of travel but has place an damper on the limit of my telepathy."

Kat smiled at the student."It's nice to meet you Jeremy."After an while Kat lookedover at Ben."What's wrong with him? Why isn't he back yet?"

"Because I forgot to play with the spell. He probably has been trying to come back by now but he can't. I can manipulate to spell to let him and Simon in but I don't know when they would be trying to come back."

Ben had to think for a moment. "I got it! Janet is a powerful telepath. She can tell me when they're trying to get back here. That way, I can know when to open the barrier and let them back."

He mentally called out to Janet, *Janet, it's Ben. I'm trying to get a student and my friend here but I don't know when to lower the barrier. Could you search out for them and tell me when they plan on trying to make it back?*
