What abut Spider-man feat? When he outran bullets that were chasing him? I mean he's no trans-super sonic either...

Neither was Kingpin overpowering a Class 10 mutate but that doesn't mean it has sufficient explanation or that it isn't PIS.

Fair enough. But I dont think Kingpin's strength level was established back then + the whole holding back against normal human's thing. Also Spider-man had crappy durability.

They explained it as him being all muscle. Which doesn't really go anywhere near explaining him having the level of strength he demonstrated. He should have been at the absolute most Class 0.5 or Peak, not Class 5-10.

I mean RS fires and one sec Cap is next to him, the next he's near the guy, then he's near RS again in the beginning of the room. I guess they meant to show Cap jumping in front of the RS and blocking the bullets after they were fired (which is also pretty badass) rather than outrun them.

I don't think WS actually meant "outrun" when he said that(I know I never do when I'm talking about it), I'm pretty sure he just meant moving his entire body from Point A to Point B faster than the bullet. Jumping/leaping may very well have factored into it since that part is off panel.

I'd say Cap takes about 9/10 with his shield.

Cassie, however, should take 7/10 unarmed IMO.

all bullet dodging is PIS if we allow batgirl's feats to be viewed as none PIS then all Cap's feats should be viewed in the same light.

shield or no shield he has the actual speed and reaction time to out compete here. if he can track bullets he can see every move she makes. also spidey couldnt react properly to cap when cap blitz him and spidey had his spider sense go off but not have full reaction time to move to the danger
