in the entire marvel omniverse, the gems/gauntlets were singular creations. If skyfathers, elemental forces of creation, and abstracts couldn't replicate it, and could only fight over it...I don't give amazo very good odds of replicating it either. He'd likely explode in the attempt or something- assuming thanos didn't simply obliterate him from the timestream or throw a planet at him before he got the chance.
(that being said, the super adaptoid DID replicate a mature cube being once, so something like that might be possible)
but assume for a second that AMAZO could replicate the gauntlet in it's entirety. So it was Thanos with the infinity gauntlet vs. amazo with the gauntlet.
it's been shown that the gauntlet's power is directly related to the wielder's ability and skill with it, and I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that Thanos' experience and skill with the gems/full gauntlet trumps amazo's.
Either way, thanos FTW.
