It takes time to understand that the bell has rung and then to make a thought. Amazo will also make his thought faster, since no thought is instantaneously.

If the flash fought a regular human then he of course would act before the human after the bell rings. Remember, no action is instantaneously. It takes time to complete any action or thought.

A fresh Thanos is forced to be frozen with a fresh IG on his hand.
So it the IG can be easily taken off if one is fast enough to do it.

Speed is the rate of motion, or equivalently the rate of change in position.
So you take way Eternity/Infinity there is a TIME( no speed)

The Time Gem alone has stopped the Time stream from flowing forward,
and the wielder was able to wander around freely,
while everything else was frozen in time.
Time has no relevance to a full potential wielder of the Time Gem,
forget about the IG.
IG makes one basically God, only LT or greater is above it in Marvel as far as we know.

It has been shown on panel that the gauntlet cannot be removed in any sharp ore form by the wielder unless the wielder allowes it, so Amazo can be 100 times as fast as flash he still cannot take out the gauntlet, remember what happened to Mephisto? Nebula could take it off for apparently one reason only, Thanos allowed her to do so.
