Not correct Here Chronus tries to attack Thanos with the power of time the result is that he gets soundly beaten.

Even if that is true (I don't see how the soul gem does this from your scans though) then Amazo can just take the gauntlet off Thanos hand before Thanos escapes.
And just in case that Amazo actually freezes time around Thanos as you claim then Thanos still have the soul gem that somehow allowes Thanos to escape the timestop just as Adam does here it should be noted that the Timegem apparently stopped time in the entire 616 reality.

Thanos self on what the Time Gem can accomplishe, if he finds something in the past, present ore future that doesn't fit him he can remold it, so what is Amazo timestop going to do since Thanos knows his movement before Amazo does?

thanos had 5 more gems than just the time gem so your analogy falls flat, time gem + reality gem anyone? plus the power gem already makes him totally indestructible.

Nebula got it off because Thanos was being the universe, and basically let her do so on his essentially dead body.
thanos gave the ig up, warlock confirmed it.
it's too early in the morning to post the mephisto scan, maybe i'll do it later. but i can explain what happened off hand.
mephisto teleports onto thanos' ship the sanctuary III and tries to form an alliance with him, thanos realizes that he is a demon so he kinda snubs him.
mephisto then states that he has knowlegde about the true nature of the ig and with his help, thanos can weild it better, thanos then lets him explain how he gained this knowledge about the ig.
(mephisto claims that the infinity being lacked good and evil, so on a whim it created the demon race. later displeased with their evil the being started killing them off, mephisto then witnessed it's diverse array of might.
then the being commits suicide and the ig and shit gets created.)
mephisto then asks if he can prove his wisdom with a challenge for thanos. he claims that thanos has been under utilizing the ig and says that with it, he can operate on a universal level. one aspect of this is solely with the mind gem, he dares thanos to mind scan the entire universes populace of sentient beings simultaneously. thanos agrees and succeeds. thanos states that anyone but him could pull it of, since he alone is supreme. thanos at this point is standing there with a comatose look on his face since he is busy inspecting the universe.
mephisto then comes back to what he really wanted to do: steal the ig. he removes the ig from thanos' hand and claimes the mantel of godhood, the ig glows in response to this.
however, on the next panel, mephisto's maniacal laugh gets turned into a look of bewilderment when his left hand with the ig on it is choking the shit out of him inexplicably. mephisto claims that he is not vulnerable to the physical so this attack must be metaphysical ie. an attack on the very existence of reality. mephisto then tries to burn it with hell fire which he claims is all consuming, and of course the ig survives.

Id like to see a scan confirming this. I see characters all the time react to flash's speed. There have been many scans confirming and proving Thanos' domination in this thread.
Now its time for you to put up a scan that demonstrates this quicker than thought speed.
