Those people are 30 points, and deserve to be. Someone who can go subatomic would beat any of them, used properly...or would at least never be killed by them. Also, lulz at the Sinister respeck. He might be the least powerful on my team.
We're not b*tching just for the sake of it. It's legitimately because someone with NS's power set is clearly low meta, and atomic shrinking is clearly > any meta.
I might've actually endorsed the "naked eye" shrinking limit, which is still large enough to hurt in a variety of ways, but also small enough to be useful. But the decision has been made, and you're welcome to do whatever.
