Nevermind the fact that this is so rare in occurrence, it might as well not exist, but he'd be firing a 1 meter wide blast at two opponents that could be anywhere in the world. Even if we assume that they meet Thor face to face, a one meter wide blast that takes concentration, time, and energy to use, is a really... really big gamble.

We also don't have anything on Ghost Rider "true" power level except speculation.
Now, I wouldn't mind an uber ass kicking Ghost Rider either...but it hasn't been shown.
The Eradicators powerset is essentially unlimited itself, but I prefer to go by what's reasonably on panel. Hellfire isn't usually all that effective against guys in Eradicators tier either... 🙁
