You do have to admit though that two uber beings that could integrate themselves into all the tech on earth and take it over effortlessly would be a huge problem though.
It's not like these guys are stuck in physical bodies and have to fight their way though like Superman or Hulk would have to.

You'd have to prove your case since you're arguing for it. I don't see the penance stare doing any better against these two than against Ultron.
Is Ghost Rider made out of matter? Might be hard to move if his bones are fused together via matter manip. Erads and Henshaw don't share all of Supes weaknesses after all.
