I'm not saying he can't win I'm just saying that Piotr has the edge due to the fact that Hawkman has to get close in a fight and although he flies fast he is not a speedster and thus Colossus can tag him and take him down...

Nice weapon if he plays with range then Hawkman take's it.
But if he plays it close (like he usually does) it won't be difficult at all for Colossus to tag him. If Batman and Green Arrow can do it so does Piotr.
He flies fast and maybe reacts faster than human. That doesn't make him a speedster.

Except Hawkman beats speedsters regularly because of his abilities and speed, and has super speed himself. Kator has shown to even go lightspeed in space while toeing a spaceship. Plus his vision is so heightened he can see Flash vibrating so fast he's invisable to everyone else except for Hawkman.
No, tagging a serious Hawkman would be diffucult.
