Ok, I shall make this as quick as possible as it really only is of interest to those with Pilot (and was also only originally devised for five people!)
You need to accumulate 20 successes on Piloting rolls to get back to the ships. Each turn the starfighter will try and attack the one who is furthest forwards and anyone near him. If the Starfighter scores ten successes against a STAP, it is destroyed. The Starfighter rolls eight dice.
Instead of speeding along, you may make rolls to distract the Starfighter, in which case not only will it concentrate on you but you will also havr your damagr reduced by the numbe tof successes you roll. However, this means you are getting no closer to the starships, and he will soon break off and go after the lead guy again!
Speed King will add three dice to rolls made to zip along, Daredevil will add 3 to those made to distract the ship, and you whiz between glaciers and falling ice shelves.
Notation is: Pilot/Passenger: Pilot pool/Successes Rolled/Damage taken
Vlad/Jovan: 6/0/0
Wentar: 8/0/0
Sean/Denz: 7/0/0
Xeth/Lance: 7/0/0
Kiu/Vera: 7/0/0
Basically, you are along for the ride while the Jedi piloting the STAPs flee for their lives from the starfighter attacking us. You probably could have figured that out from reading back a page or two.
Xeth will also go for speeding along towards the ships. Get going before we start distracting the starfighter. Kiu will likely take the lead with Speed King, and Sean is our only Daredevil.
The starfighter is faster than any of you- in fact it is too fast and has to make attack runs, so it normally circles around and goes for the person in the lead.
Ok, looks like it is starting with speed for eveyone! You all tkae slightly differenrt directions over the icy hills and frozen valleys. Some of yuo make better ground than others, and to be totally unfair the dice show your best speedster, Kiu, currently in last!
The starfighter splits damage between those in the lead, Sean and Wentar! Sean gets slightly the worse of it, as a near miss blows a crater in front of him, and ice chunks thud into the STAP...
Vlad/Jovan: 6/2/0
Wentar: 8/4/1
Sean/Denz: 7/4/2
Xeth/Lance: 7/3/0
Kiu/Vera: 7/2/0
Zoom on!
Whilst Wentar runs into an ice wall at the end of a valley that slows him upo somewhat, Kiu zooms into full operation! Meanwhile, Sean leads the fighter on a merry dance. Unfortunately the fighter is extremely accurate, rolling six succeses of which Sean avoids two! It then breaks off to cahse after Kiu...
