USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE IV (DARK SIDE)- Destiny

Well it took you six hours to get here and you have been here a day.

Combat weapons are listed in the rules; so long as you have Combat you can always bring one. But remember, only armed Combat schticks work with them.

Gondekorro is not a good place to load up on technical supplies and the like. You could buy essentials here but they are not what you are short of (though since the raid on Newhaven your problems are eased for now- the trouble is that these raids turn into a security nightmare for you, with the Bureau on your tail again).

In fact, you do have a contact who can get you... almost anything if you have the money, and he/it works anonymously too. Trouble is you have no idea where the Flotsam is and how to get it to come out to Epireus.

In all important game ways, there isn't anyone else of importsance on Gondekorro- Zorin is Mayor, Sheriff, Magistrate, Governor and so forth. There are docotrs (and undertakers...) and the like but there's no real need for any detail with them.

Is Dak going to eat his money?

Wouldn't surprise me that lizard will eat anything 😛

Do the unrestricted Combat Schticks not work with weapons?

And I think Dak should be required by the rules to eat his money, it should be a compulsion.

Well ok, 'doesn't work with unarmed schticks' is more accurate.

Ah good, I was worried, I chose those only to be able to fight armed and unarmed.

Getting touch with Flotsam should not be that hard, mainly because some of us have Contacts with criminal organizations as Merits.

So Zorin is the only one to deal with... We have to make a plan to destroy the rest of Druids and claim the Desert for us. How many men Zorin has and how many Droids are left?

I think we removed most of Zorin's men...

Yeah, YOU are his men, that's how it works.

He thinks there are probably several dozen of the big units left, hundreds of the others.

We should leave them here for now. And it would be better to get to use them, instead of having to clean them.

Is there a plausible way to crack Droid control system, now that General has been destroyed? We could have salvaged his computer along with Denza`s dead.

Otherwise clearing the Desert will take weeks, and we don`t have time.

But I still want that Deputy I spared to work for me.

Basically, no there is not, in the same way that there is no way to pirate the signal for a droid army. The Union's encryption for it all is never broken.

Hmm.... what does Zorin think of this situation?

Well, Zorin reckons clearing the Desert will be a long term operation. And even once all the robots are clerared, if that can be done, it will take a major mining operation to get to the resources. Not easy.

And that being the case, Zorin thinks if you guys want to get going with stuff, then you should come back every so often. You are his deputies after all.

That does sound fair. I guess we should at most take a day or two rest and then get back to Epireus (It's not like we have some terrorist running loose there). Besides there's not really a reason to wait longer and risk making that chick that owned Galder angry.

You cannot really rush your recovery time, I am afraid. It will be a good three or four days at least.

But Zorin also has a caveat. He says that if, for 'whatever strange reason' the Bureau keep poking their nose around whenever you guys turn up... well, these bureaucrats... could make life very difficult. So it's important that that does not happen.

Ah okay, well, what can we really do about that?

We're going to need new transponders, aren't we...

Yes indeedy!

And that's going to cost a lot of money, isn't it.

Good way to deal with the fact that we actually HAVE money for once!
