Rand shakes his head.
"You rely too much on the security of your allies," Rand says. "Alone, you are weak. Not in lethality, no, but mentally? Pathetic."
Rand decides that Rianna will not actually do it as she has not drawn her lightsaber yet, and so takes his leave of the practice room with a smug, sharp-toothed grin.
Figuring out transportation...
Rand and Rianna cannot be on the same ship.
Also, it'd be good to put the Epireans on The New Beginning; there's more space and they can clean up the body while they're there.
The Black Dawn can hold at least 4 people comfortably, if the OT game was any indication. If Rianna and Galder go with Dak on the Dawn, then Relle or Con could go with them.
Xavier would want to stay on his ship, I imagine, and could take Con or Relle, whoever didn't go on the Dawn.
Tanic could fly the Shadow Blade and take Rand, Gallador, and Azarl.
Does that work?
Galder will take the controls of the Black Dawn, since Dak is an atrocious pilot himself. Galder is loathe to leave his snubfighter behind, but sees the necessity of it. He will content himself to being furious if it turns out that a snubfighter would have been perfect for a situation.
What is the status on our Allies, by the way? For example, does Xavier have his piloting Ally with him?
Before we leave, perhaps we should use our Contacts, for those of us that have them.
Azarl is skeptical of the Lady Adelmo. He will make contact with the Cult of Will, a Force-based religious cult that dedicates itself to the accrument of knowledge. He will inquire if Lady Adelmo has been heard of before, or if anyone matching descriptions of her underlings (particularly the pierced and tattooed girl with her guns) have been seen operating in any part of the Galaxy.
He will also make contact with his acquaintances in the Headhunter Slavers, a vicious group of pirates. He will try to find out information about someone by the name of Briande.
Azarl-
The slavers have never heard of a Briande. He cannot be THAT famous a thief.
A blank on the Cult of Will as well. They remind you, though, that the schtick of the most powerful Dark Siders is their ability to stay hidden- from [i]any/i] means. The most successful Sith over time used to stay entirely qiuiet- until their plans were in place. That way, not even the Jedi wouild sense them coming.
(Xavier is game Con. Truth be told he doesn't really think you worth his time. You can not give him a decent fight therefore you bring him no glory if he kills you. 😛)
As Rand mentions him killing his Master Xavier lowers his head.
Ah yes the murderer remembers now why he is here. We are a failure, we are a mistake.
"I know and someday our failure will be complete and we will be gone from this world."
Not until I've had my fill though remember our agreement.
"I won't"
"As much as I am not wanting tio agree with them. they speak the truth Rianna. For now it is best to put our personal vendettas aside, and focus on our objective."
