Andro should find M'lim again and talk to her about the matter.
Jelena wants to try getting an audience with Joylo in order to talk with him about Andors Incorporated. He seemed to understand the money situation very well when I talked to him earlier, perhaps he understands what Andors Inc. is doing and how it is relevant.

Yes, I think the Twain question can be addressed rather simply. Just ask someone.
Same goes for Andros Corp.
Lets just find someone who knows whats going on and ask them.
Anyone of any authority within earshot?
(Gee, we never thought of that one. We've only spent the last few pages trying to ask people. No one will answer. At. All. Let's see what Roan can do...)
Okay, I think I might have a plan.
Jelena has a specialty in Languages, so perhaps she could begin shouting in Joylo's native tongue to get his attention? Or even the attention of his aides?
If his aides have a problem with her trying to talk to him, Jelena can try making a roll on her Leadership power in combination with the skill Persuade or Leadership to get Joylo or some lead aide to wave them down and let her speak with the Senator.
A-ha! A plan! Woo!
Good idea. Indeed yes. You find oylo at the lobby, talking urgently to an aide.
"Cancel all of my appointments. I'll need to see Twain as soon as possible after this speech; he must have an angle."
His tiny arms hammer away at blurring speed on a datapad as he makes calculations.
But when you call to him in his language, he does indeed look up at you quizzically.
When Joylo looks up, Jelena waves excitedly and tries to get to him.
"Senator Joylo! I must speak with you!" she calls out, staying in his native tongue. She enjoys the opportunity to use a language that she has practiced and have it be beneficial to the mission. "I need to know what it is that Deel Twain has done to upset everything. It is vital to my investigation! Can you help me?"
Gallagher looks around quizzically, unable to find any sign of his sister or her abductors in her room. And yet his senses are guiding him here... unless his senses are being misled. The Dark Side can be used to hide things from the Jedi, why could it not be used to confuse them?
He is going to look elsewhere since he thinks this is a trick.
