Releasing Cyttyrok from the other dimensional realm was Onslaughts plan since the havock it wouild have created increases Psionic activity.

Okay he was listed as an Omega in several marvel source books. But being an omega only means he has infinite potential, not that he has reached it. Look at the disappointment that is Vulcan for proof.
