Classic Gambit is Shiva's equal in Agility and Reflexes. Where Shiva can kill with a touch, sword, throwing knife or shuriken Gambit can blow stuff up with a card toss. lol.

Gambit agility is superior to Shiva speed, there isn't not enough showing to prove she is. Best I can do was brought up a scan with her kick blocking arrows, while Gambit blocks bullets. Jumpy Proving Gambit eye perception is greater as well.

even if Gambit is faster, he still will get owned in hand to hand, and im pretty sure she's fast enough to dodge those cards to get in close

u people seem to forget, dodging bullets though awe-inspiring is an overused feat...and seeing as how shiva is a villain and d.c. heroes don't use guns whos 2 say she can't dodge em. then every1 wants 2 say that " well his cards explode" like she'll b a stationary target and won't cover ground once she realises his powerset

Dodging bullets is different from deflecting and dancing between them.

i refuse to believe that gambit with mediocre fighting ability and a basic kinetic power base could defeat an expert martial artist, who moves just as fast

I refuse to believe that a martial artist can beat someone that moves just as fast and can blow things up with a touch.

gambit should imo take the large majority due to powerset, staff, moderate high fighting skills and his kinetic amp.
