All of those combined most likely wouldn't take Kyle down.

I'd personally pick telepathy, then try to time a tp strike well enough that it breaks his concentration long enough to jab him with the knife we're given.

Otherwise, I run and scream.

I'd pick agility, teleportation, and phasing on the off chance that I can phase through his shield.

I assume this is in a straight fight so invisibility wouldn't help much for ambush purposes.
