How would you defeat G.L.?

at first I was going to say super speed (I assume in flying too?), flight, and super strength

Now though I change that to

flight, teleportation, and energy projection

yes I'm aware I would get raped, but I assume the best way to die is to at least die having the powers I've always wanted XD

I would teleport INSIDE Kyle and tear him appart with Super Strenght.

Only thing that may work is the phasing. It would allow for getting close to him, but one would have to come out of phase to be a threat. Other than that, im not really seeing it done.
