Yes,I never discounted those feats. But I simply also stated that those fights were over very quickly and both of those characters seem to lack Rulk's durability. The guy basically laughed off thor's hammer.The point is Thor usually swings his warhammer at his opponents. It usually does massive amounts of damage. This wasnt the case against Rulk. I used the Thor example because he basically called Superman a god. He isnt but Thor is. They do both have completely different powersets. Most would agree that Thor is more powerful than Superman.
I dont agree that we we use Hulk reactions to speed. Its all speculation until we see how Rulk would handle speed on panel. Rulk as shown on panel is well above Hulk as of yet. That may change if Hulk gets pissed enough.

durability has NOTHING to do with ones ability to hold on to the ground. red hulk doesnt weigh 500 tons (not that it would matter) a hit from a person swho can pull a planet, would send him off at light speed

Red Hulk probably weighs about 5000 pounds (which is about 4 tons), negligible for a guy that can lift the equivalent of a planet without reaching his limit.

Also, everything Rulk related so universally hated that few take it seriously. Show me a legitimate review site that doesnt blast the Thor vs Hulk fight into pieces. I almost look forward to IGNs monthly Rulk bash. Marvel has done the equivilant of giving a 14 year old the keys to a race car. Its sad that for the last 3-4 years Ive had to sit by and watch these writers shit all over established characters and 50+ years of continuity. These Rulk/Hulk posts need to go away.
