That was the best scene in the movie, no doubt but after that the skull effect looked corny. And if I remember correctly (not sure) the ending ripped off Blade quite badly. At least that what I felt at the time anyway.

It goes on too long and it too over the top. Even Hulk's transformations are shorter than this.
I will not praise Mark Steven Johnson for any creative decision.
