Not really, just your opinion.
No. Really. For instance, another very common way that JLA files are analogous to Avengers files is that Avengers files require authorization to access them. Such as here. The Skrull imposter of Jarvis, who has his memories, didn't even have access to the files on Robert Reynolds. He asks Stark for permission to view the files. Stark even enters a password for him, as clearly seen in the second panel of the second page so that he can now review them freely:
If Jarvis, an honorary Avenger, doesn't even have full access to the Avengers' files on Robert Reynolds, why would Superman, a complete stranger, have full access to the Avengers' files on Thanos? Like I said. You fail. You can keep asking for proof when I've made a claim that has utterly exposed your logic for crap all you want. I enjoy making people like you look stupid. If you're genuinely stupid, I'm teaching you something. If you're simply chirping on repeat because you think you're getting a rise out of me, I still enjoy showing you that I can keep up with whatever tactics you decide to use to teach you some humility. Keep it up. Thread could use another bump of your failing again on either or both counts.
