The Predator is armed with the standard gear (wristblade, shoulder cannon, stealth camo, spear, net, disc) and to make things interesting, he has that badass whip from AvP:R.

What's he gonna do when Spidey decides to just camp out at the top of a sky scraper?
And it actually doesn't eveb matter, they're fighting in a parking lot. Where is Preadtor going to hide? His hutning abilities are only useful at a distance, a parking lot is way to small.
Spidersense works by warning him of danger he is not aware of on the conscious level. Hence why he can dodge attacks from the back. Though that's not to say he can't dodge something that he is aware of.
Predator being invisible is a danger that he is not aware of. Spidersense may not tell him exactly where he is, but he will have no trouble dodging any attack Predator throws at him.
Intrestingly enough, Aliens can also dodge bullets. Who knew?

Parking lot? I didn't read that. Thats just fuking stupid. Of course Spiderman will win. I thought the entire city was in play. If it were the entire city i would stick by my first retraction 😂 I seriously think the Predators hunting skill and technology off-set Spidey's abilities.
