I see no problem with Squirrel Girl, personally. She'll either be an epic failure, or amalgamated with someone that makes her worthwhile.
By the way, if drafted, I'm ruling all the squirrels of planet Earth as her standard equipment and not as independent constructs, so you could legally use the squirrels.

Black Box at high street?Seems ok otherwise. Elixir might be a bit low, but I don't know enough to say.
Black Box has entirely passive powers (I think), so it's not too low (IMO) due to Ill's ruling that non combative metahumans can be in tiers lower than low meta.

I want Clarification on this power copying thing. Why the hell are people saying that Stealing or blocking powers is power copying? Or energy draining? Surfer can drain someone's energy. Does that mean he's copying thier powers because he takes thier energy and add's it to his own? Power copying is what Mimmick does. Not at all the same thing. I need a ruling on this. Becuz a judge said that I power copied when I did not. And it's trying to be brought up again when it's not at all power copying. Blocking powers or taking them from someone is a valid and very uber move.
