The current Cable, the same one we have now. He has no TP/TK to employ. I don't think 20 points merits its value. So I am redrafting him for 15.

Yeah I am vary dependent of my one good arm and one good eye that enhances my eye sight. I rather have a cybernetic suit, that increases my over all stats, than just targeting specific body parts.
These are the passive abilities I speak of, with out them Cable is worth 10 points. With them, he is not worth 20.

hey id, when you say he 'doesn't have powers', what exactly does thta mean? were they 'removed'? lost? are they latent--ie--they still exist but he can't access them . . .? what HAPPENED to his powers?

With out them he is 15? Ok there is seriously something has to be wrong, Punisher 2099 merit’s the 15 points. At least he is a trained soldier, at his peak levels, with a cybernetic suit to enhance his stats. The current Cable, with out T.O. parts is nothing more then an old soldier getting sloppy.
I feel I over paid, Current Cable for 20 points. I want to bring him down to, 15 points. I want what’s fair, regardless if I have the points to spare or not.

In C&A issue 10 he had a lobotomy done losing his powers.
He gets them back, but because of his rapid age acceleration and wiliness to use more power then his body could handle he losses them in the vary same issue. [C&D #17]
Around C&D #40, he comes across a parasitic alien life form that restores his powers back. However the Mummudrai dies in battle, absorbed by the Hecatomb. So once again, Cables powers begin to fade.
Which brings us to here and now. His powers have faded away.
My theory, he burnt out his synaptic control over his powers. His powers still exist, hence the reason why the Mummudrai was able to restore them. But on his own, he simply cant accesses them.

from that, it sounds like his full powers are still inside him, just not directly accessible by him. i don't really have an issue with him for 15. i just wanted to know if you would be able to access his full powers somehow. sounds like you could if you are creative enough. guess we'll see. 🙂

He probably didn't. A lot of us don't have the time or inclination to read through every match. It's easier in a normal elimination tourney, because teams stay the same and there's less matches. So I like the round robin, but there's not a ton of strategic advantage to reading every match when most of the time, the person's characters will change week-to-week.
