This is a draft topic. Can we at least respect the draft topic?

I have a question, for next year's tournament. How do I go about to draft Manga/Anime characters or determine thier tier. Is their a tier list like the one shown here?

For example; Dark Schinder (up to vol. 11)

I'm still disappointed I didn't get a chance to finish that project I'd started. This league was actually a part of my overall plan from last year. It would have pumped a lot of new life into this forum given a chance, and the dust had already begun to settle.

The forum wasn't ready for change I suppose.

Hm…I could help, you put together this Tier List. I would gather all the knowledgeable people from the manga forum to over look it. And apply the same 3 vote rule.

But only for Manga/Anime. Anything beyond that, would be to hard to determine if said character is reasonably in this tier or not.

Multi Genre extends to more than just Manga/Anime. You could draft Captain Picard or Gandalf the Gray in the new format. Use some imagination. It opens up a lot of possibilities.

I should be available for the next couple hours, possibly the remainder of the day, so I'll look over the debate in the discussion thread.

I'll say now, as I told Smurph last night on MSN, I consider a soul to simply be information, as it's a collection of a being's experiences, knowledge, etc, regardless of sentience (as even machines can have sentience). I don't romanticize it.

In my opinion, there is no rule violation on Digi's part.

Now, as far as the logistics of how his plan works, that is a different matter entirely and up to interpretation.
