The teams that go to the finals are settled, but the order (who faces whom) is not.
You may note that the teams' rosters posting order is random, just to make list of those who gets to the playoffs.
Your current match determinces whether yoo'll stay at the 4th place or not🙂 The match is relevant to playoffs placement, not to whether you get there or not.

Also, does Praxagora have the full 10 appearances? she first appeared in Annihilation: Super Skrull #2 and died in Annihilation Conquest 6 or 7 ... but I'm not sure she was in all the issues in between (and I can't check cos they were on my hard drive when it crashed)

Checking now, not so much on appearances but on powerlevel.
Smurph said himself that he didn't read Conquest series and if she did something >25 points there (like clearly displaying >>>classic Rogue\non-Binary Miss Marvel strength level (which I believe is strength benchmark for 25 points) then she would be illegal there for drafts (drafting her before Conquest puts her under <10 appearances, I think- given that Nova Corps Files are handbook and Annihilation Saga is summary\reprint).
Nah, I read all the Annihilation stuff, she's probably a 25 pointer (as drafted) was just wondering about appearances.
All she really did (afair) was fight Super Skrull (and not manage to hurt him at all) then blast a few "baddies" ... there was a claim that she could produce "infinite levels of heat" (claimed by SS I think) but it was never backed up by any feats ... Then she was caused to self destruct by Ultron which, again, wasn't that impressive as it didn't manage to harm anyone in the area due to SS' force field.
