No. She became "God" of the Universe Yahweh/Presence designated her to have power over.

In the Void, Yahweh still has his powers and we see him chat with Lucifer. We also see other universes blossom and then come to an end. Basically, that Elaine became Yahweh for that universe. Thus, Beyonder stomps.
