Morlun would destroy Plastic Man, he wasn't just a spider totem slayer, he was a slayer of superhuman characters, although pure sources (Spidermen) gave him more power someone like Plastic Man would do nicely as well.

That's a bit of hyperole. Where is it stated that he could drain any superhuman? And would he drain malleable plastic the same as flesh and blood?

Also, he didn't do anything near O'Brien's level, regardless of draining capabilities. Plastic Man for the easy win. And this from a Spidey fan. PM is on the JLA for a reason, and has filled in in spots where the rest of the league (Kal, Wally, Kyle, Diana, etc.) are worthless.

Think about it. Spider-Man beat him. PM >>> Spidey.

Does it say anywhere that Morlun can only suck energy from Spider-man? Does it say anywhere he couldn't effect someone like PM?

Obviously he can't only suck from Spiderman, because he sucked the energy out of humans.
