Plastic Man vs. Morlun

WIKI on the topic of Morlun:

Morlun has the ability to drain the life force from other beings through physical contact. Depending on the power of the individual he drains, Morlun's powers and vitality can increase substantially. Without periodic feedings, Morlun will age and weaken.

Morlun had some degree of superhuman strength and durability, the limits of which aren't fully known. Spider-Man states that Morlun hits harder than any foe he had ever battled, including the Hulk and Thor. Morlun's physical speed, stamina, agility, and reflexes are sufficiently heightened to enable him to keep up with Spider-Man, as well as allowing him to climb several flights of stairs and cover several blocks in only slightly more time than it takes Spider-Man to reach the same destination by web-swinging.

Morlun has walked the earth for centuries, if not longer, and is a relentless and remorseless stalker. Once Morlun has physically touched somebody, that person is forever "imprinted" in Morlun's senses, allowing him to track his quarry down from anywhere on Earth.

How was Morlun defeated?

Yes... he hits harder because he's sapping Spidey's energy with every touch.

Go wiki the topic of Plastic Man.

Plastic Man turns into a tank and shoots Morlun.
Plastic Man turns into a bunch of spikes and stabs Morlun.

Spider-Man pwned Morlun while on his death bed with just his stingers and fangs.

Plastic Man pwns him.

Morlun was tricked into attempting to drain Spiderman of his energies, Spiderman knew that it would come to this so he injected himself with some weird radioactive fluid, which made him less paletable, but it also made Morlun very sick... Spidey then beat him to death or so it seemed.

Plastic Man is completely inorganic, and completely immortal... he survived 3000 years at the bottom of the ocean as crumbs.

It seems unlikely that he has the same "life energy" to drain as Pete, especially taking into account how easily Morlun's powers can apparently be manipulated.

Draining isn't even the issue, and is mainly speculation on either side. The fact that Eel can muster Class 100 punches, or spiked punches if it helps, strangle him, jump into his body and attack his brain (he's done this before) or simply suffocate him, or any number of other attacks that would defeat him, IS the issue.

PM for the stomp.

I still think Morlun could drain his powers, but you're right.
