Nitro event as well. hell it was stated by the author that his brain remain intact. That wouldent be true if he had such holes like you are suggesting.

If I recall correctly, wasn't there a panel with bone claw wolverine standing on a moving bike, getting tagged all over with automatic fire. I'm sure a bunch of those shots should have pierced his brain, but they didn't'

That assuming admaatium heats up like other metals which there no indication that it does.

Lizard via ripping out of throat...

Sabertooth ripped out Logan's throat, then threw him into a river, he was fine.

Besides, I think the guy who can heal from being incinerated down to a skeleton by a large scale explosion, and being dropped in molten steel, is able to take an itty bitty injury like a slashed throat.

There are multiple instances when Logan kept fighting despite of severely injured throat. I'm not even going to bother to list them, it should be a common knowledge.
